You do not have to totally redo your ended listing to change the shipping but you cannot use calculated shipping on .com unless you are in the US. You have to use a flat rate charge. Even though you are in the Netherlands, when you list on .com domestic shipping is always for shipping to US buyers. When you click on the domestic shipping section you should choose either economy, standard or expedited shipping from outside of the US and then enter your rate. The international section is for all other countries. You can have up to 5 international shipping options so if you want to charge less to ship to Germany and France and more to Asia, you can set it up that way.
In your ended listing you were charging $20 shipping to anywhere in the world. I'm not sure what the weight of your item is but I have a feeling it would cost much more to some locations.
If you list on ebay.nl you should be able to use calculated shipping.
