Just finished packing.. One of my choices for label today made me pause a little before picking.
If you were me what would you pick? A faster up front, or a faster all arrived by date?
I ended up picking USPS

I live in a big city and have no porch for pickups...plus I love to ride my motorcycle to the post office.
Items not received by the buyers...but if they were...so no need to call anyone if they are a new seller?
Any extra surprise shipping charges...of course experienced sellers won't have these but newbies might.
I don't know if you sell one item a month or a 100+ items ...I sell a lot.
Selling one item of course is very easy to mail.
I prefer to get out every day since we usually have 50-60 degree weather every day and only a few months of rain a year.
Print label...I don't need paper or ink to print...and use less tape.
Everyone has different shipping methods.
It's usually new sellers and buyers asking for advice here...not experienced sellers and buyers.

Yes, these questions are usually new sellers, and that's why it's a shame that you continually show up to advocate for using expensive retail services. You can talk about saving ink and tape -- but the cost difference between an eBay shipping label and the retail price is usually a couple of dollars, so that's a very false economy. Preference for going to the Post Office is moot -- you can do that regardless of whether you're shipping retail or with eBay labels.
