The new shipping page is a joke. As nice as it is to have more options this is not very intuitive. The system is trying to select options that the buyer supposedly selected causing unnecessary confusion. I don't get the childish color schemes also. I don't want to have to determine what the difference is between the light blue and the lighter blue. I am a business not a child. I want functionality over ascetics.
Make the buttons obvious when they are selected. Give me the option to sort shipping options lowest to highest. Quit trying to pretend you know better than me eBay.
