What does ship by date mean?

I have around 10 items that need to be "Ship it out by Tuesday" today is Monday, do i need to drop them off tonight or can i drop them off tomorrow and still be on time?

Ship by the end of business Tuesday. Tomorrow is fine. Just make sure they are 'accepted' and not just dropped off.

You just need a tracking scan dated sometime tomorrow. If you drop off tomorrow they will be scanned as received/shipped tomorrow.

Yes, stand in line and get them 'scanned' as received. In the 'drop box' they could be scanned after midnight, then you'll be late.
