We had to cancel your order?

Hi, I guess I should have been wary, but still thought my item would would be shipped and delivered. However, today, I received an issue with your order notice and we had to cancel your order. So, what am I supposed to do now? I mean  they said it was shipped, but the item was taken off ebay. I have never had this happen before, so please help me with figuring out my next steps. Whew, thank you for your response. So glad you are ok and got all the security issues under control. Since the call center had been closed for the pandemic, was really nervous for you, wondering if it was all a clever set-up. The scammers are getting better at it. Seasoned buyers and sellers sometimes get fooled.
