Want to return wrong sized shoes

So I have a situation where I bought a pair of shoes which were described as a mens 9.5, but when I recieved the shoes it was in fact a size 6.5. I informed the seller that this isnt the size which was adverstised but he has ignored me since. He also declined the return request I made. So now I am stuck with a shoe that doesn't fit. Any advice?

Go to the Resolution Center and open a not as described case.  If seller wants a return, he has to pay for return shipping.

Also review how Ebay  Buyer Protection works so you know for the future.  It can't protect you if you don't know how it works or what to do.

You are not stuck with anything; you are only stuck if you don't know how to protect yourself.
