If you shipped to the wrong address, contact the shipper right away and see if you can recall the package.

If you gave the wrong address when you purchased, contact the seller.  The problem is they are required to only ship to the address you gave.  You can try and contact the shipper and see if they can redirect it to you.

If that is not your question, come back and explain.

Hi @ricda-56 , assuming you are the buyer:

Once an item is paid for, the seller cannot change the shipping address. You will have to ask the seller if it's still possible to cancel the order so you can repurchase with your correct shipping address. If it's too late for the seller to cancel then you may want to work with the current resident of the address entered at checkout so you can retrieve the package from them, or contact the local PO and ask them to hold the package for pickup.

You can visit this page to make sure your registration and shipping addresses are both up to date. Once you enter your new address, change it to your default address which will allow you to delete the old address. Account Settings: Addresses
