Void a label changed

Hello everyone I need to avoid a label it used to be under shipping management click the action button drop down menu would pop up and you hit void now there is no void under the action drop down menu just as print another label or print a packing slip any clues on the new void label instructions because if you get on the internet and search all you find your old posts which should have been removed a long time ago which tell people the exact same thing I am saying management find the label click the action tab void it is not that way anymore can anyone please help me. Thank you for your time.

To void a USPS shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 24 hours, the void option is available for 5 days.

eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable and cannot be voided.

eBay International Standard Delivery labels, UPS labels and FedEx labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.

 I appreciate your reply and I've been familiar with that location you are talking about for a long time. Now it is not there not on my Android app or my desktop.

It's not showing under actions in your screenshot because that label has a delivered status. The void option disappears when a label is scanned @Anonymous.

The only label on that list not scanned is dated Jan 27 (past 5 day void window).

The first one, the one you clicked on, I enlarged the view and it looks like it says delivered.  It is hard to read being so small.

Since it is delivered, there is no Cancel Label option.  I think you will only see it when you are within the time frame of being allowed to cancel.
