VAT Paid : IOSS

Hi!
I'm a newbie, made my first sale. Please advise - I need to send a parcel and I don't understand where I should write VAT Paid : IOSS number

I think it is included on the address label when it is printed......

(I don't have one in front of me to check)

1. Add the packing list inside which shows the VAT paid ib

2. Add an additional label to the outside of the package that says

I don't have a VAT section in the automatically created "Address label". I have VAT IOSS listed in the "Packing slip". Is this enough or should I complete the VAS IOSS on the Address label by hand?

Honestly do not know if you need to

I only do it as an added measure to notify customs that the VAT is prepaid....it may already be encoded into the barcode....I just write it on the outside somewhere

Are you shipping from Belgrade, Serbia?

You may want to check with your delivery service there and see how they instruct you.

To the OP....I would check with your carrier as well as maybe something in the ebay help for your shipping questions (for Serbia)

Yes, I ship from Serbia. The local post office didn't say anything definite

If you local post office does not know then that is a tough one.

In the USA there is a specific Customs Form with spaces to enter the information needed.  

Using eBay as the shipper either eBay Standard International or their Global Shipping Program the item is sent to their location and they complete the Customs paperwork.

Is your item going directly to buyer or is it going to one of eBay shipping locations?
