Yep. Loads of people.
I've had crackerjack service throughout the whole pandemic, though.

I had one package go out with no problems 3 others have experienced delays

You do know we're in the midst of a pandemic, right?
It's been announced in several places, including on eBay, that there are currently delays in receiving items.
There have been several mail forwarding facilities that have actually closed due to the corona virus.
We all just need to offer an additional bit of patience when needed.
I'm not absolutely certain, but I would bet that the majority of eBay purchases are not items desperately needed in an emergency situation.

Seeing delays on about 20% of items shipped. California seems to be particularly backed up.

Less than 30% with a serious delay

What gets me is eBay is showing normal (or faster) estimates. I'm in NJ and it's showing 2-3 day delivery estimates on first class packages to California. I moved my handling time to 2 days and I'm shipping same or next day and I'm still not hitting their estimates or the guarantees and customers are messaging me. I actually got this message from one guy after telling him its pandemic related.
"Plz don’t use COVID-19 as an excuse I’ve ordered motherboard pc cases keyboard mouse ram sticks m,2 hard drive air cpu air cooler wave maker cope pods live sand and a hell of a lot more stuff in the last 2 month and I never had a delay this long"
We're in a pandemic, with riots on top of it. Your package will be delayed but eBay keeps giving false hope.

Here's another great example of eBay false hope, again i'm shipping from NJ. They seem to think first class is next day from NJ to CA

I have had packages where the FIRST published scan was when the carrier delivered it to the buyer.
I had a package to South Korea where the FIRST published scan was when it left San Francisco.
But the best one was a package I sent to Australia. The FIRST published scan was by the AUSTRALIAN postal system. And that information was NOT transmitted to the USPS. So when my buyer clicked the US tracking it only said "label created" and absolutely nothing more. So it was only because I know how to access the Australian postal tracking service that I was able to settle him down. (It has since been delivered).
Yes I know about SCAN sheets. But the thing is I have been dealing with this post office for over 15 years. Everybody in there knows my name. I sometimes get a greeting like Norm from Cheers when I go in. They always scan the packages when I bring them in ( which is why I specifically said "published" scan). So it seems that the information, although scanned in, is not being uploaded to the public computer.

I had a cross country incoming UPS package and I got an email from UPS telling me that due to "civil unrest" my package was being delayed by about 5-6 days. Your buyer's comments notwithstanding the observation is accurate.

Yes, this is happening to me and seems to have to become the normal operating procedure of USPS. I am also having a lot of packages that track to a certain point and then they just vanish never to be seen again. Spending a lot of time putting out USPS fires. Also, I just tried to get a package ready to ship out first class package and it seems depending on what area (within the U.S.) you are shipping to you may not be able to ship First class package over 5 oz. I have found a few areas that are forcing me into priority mail on packages over 5 oz. The delivery and tracking has been horrible and they wont be responsible for any lost packages but they want to charge the same prices as Fedex and UPS?

I'm not a high volume seller, and most of my sales are drop shipped. A majority of the few items I ship myself through USPS have not tracked or been tremendously delayed. It's at the point where I'm going to stop listing anything other than the drop shipped items or the rare item that's cost effective to send with another carrier. Customers don't understand it's not us. While there were issues with USPS before, it's been exacerbated since Louis DeJoy took office as postmaster general on June 15.
