Usps package pickup restrictions

I use the USPS app when I schedule a package pickup and a few days ago I noticed this new text that mentions restrictions for my address. I wonder if it says this for everybody or did I get singled out since I chose the wrong package option? 

I'll admit I have scheduled package pickups and cheated and said I had first class or priority packages when in reality I only had media mail. I have done it for a long time and my mail carriers have never cared. They have all been cool.

The way its worded sounds like they know what I've done and are warning me. But then again it could say that for everybody.

So basically you are admitting that you have been breaking the rules for some time and now you are surprised that retribution has been visited upon you. Maybe by the post master who does care?

If you have first class or priority packages along with media mail then you can schedule pickup. When I was selling, I rarely had MM packages but I bought a huge mailbox and put my packages inside if they fit and most of them did. My mailman picked them up no problem.
