For the few times I needed to tracking ebay international shipping order beyond the US address, I have used a few different international ecommerce tracking sites. One of them is:
https://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/easyship
Just enter the ESUS tracking number & take a look at the results. You might be surprised, your parcel could already be sitting in the recipient's country Customs office awaiting clearance.

What is the address...not the person's name? Is it maybe "freight forward"....which there is usually a number after the person's name...which I don't need to see? Most freight forward shippers are on East or West Coast so this is interesting.

I wish I can show photos but the label says this: E INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
CS/PO BOX#7921 ELK GROVE VILLAGE IL 6009-7921
it also says REF number:134925093075/SK CHNG
His name is SK Chng so I think it’s a freight forwarder . I just hope it isn’t lost because it was a expensive item.

That is the eBay consolidation hub in Illinois for EIS shipping. It is not uncommon for packages to take a couple weeks to be processed and then to be shipped to their final destination country.

I can answer this for you. It just happened to me and the buyer opened an INR against me.
I shipped some computer hardware to an address in Florida and a few days later observed in my sold listing page the item was "delivered". Great all done. A few days later the buyer reached out asking where his item is? Unlike the eBay page when you click on the USPS tracking it showed first "delivered" and a timestamp after that "DELIVERED TO AGENT FOR FINAL DELIVERY". The buyer claims they never received the item but eBay lists it as delivered on my shipping screen.
The Buyer (using a mail forwarding agent to South America(?) was not accepting of the answer and opened a request. Naturally I purchased the label through eBay shipping so I knew the address and tracking was pre-populated. In the request I responded by uploading the tracking, a select-able option. When the buyer escalated the request to a case for "ask eBay to step in" fortunately I was already in the clear. It was closed in about 20 minutes in my favor. No loss of funds and item, who knows if lost or actually delivered...
TLDR: You sent it where it was suppose to go. eBay's system recognizes DELIVERED TO AGENT FOR FINAL DELIVERY as a valid completion of your shipping obligation and especially with any mail forwarding agents will void the buyer's guarantee.

Yeah that’s literally what’s happening with me right now. But they chose his side over mine (smh). He basically asked eBay to step in like yours and they refunded him the money and chargeback me 136$ now I’m -136$ and they keep trying take money from my bank everyday. I’m just hoping it moves and doesn’t just stay saying “delivered to agent for final delivery” he basically opened a refund request before it was even delivered to him. How long will this last because I need my money :(.

Sorry pal, but you must have done something out of the norm.
When I had this Request opened against me I had a few minutes of panic as well (and my 1st seller account is > 20 years old). I did some quick research and read others' experience and then took a deep breath. Because the good news was about to come my way too. This "Delivery to final agent for delivery" verbiage....
Any of your sales - buy the label through eBay so it sends to their buyer's address exactly. Tracking will be included. When the buyer complains the item was not received or lost in transit next time you must select "upload tracking information" even though it is already on file. This will log your side and proof of delivery.
Sorry to say the tracking status will not change ever again from delivered to agent. Because according to the USPS it was delivered. Just delivered to someone else that will handle the forwarding to your buyer whomever, where ever. That's the terminology used. I know it's confusing to both buyer and seller. To say again, the tracking won't change because assuming this is a mail forwarding agent, Finland, or Russia, or China, or Vietnam, nobody is going to edit the United States Postal Service tracking information on this item since it has been delivered to a shipping warehouse.
Again, sorry, you must have missed a step in the original buyer complaint. I never heard of a case being opened and bam you automatically lose without having any option to resolve it before eBay steps in.
At the very least there should be an appeal option.

I did do all of that. And they still didn’t help me. I did everything on my side correctly. I shipped with the label eBay gave me and did additional tracking as well. Shared proof of everything and still got denied. Now I lost something over 500$ if not delivered and getting charged . Never got scammed so hard from eBay ever in my life. It’s been stuck in that update for week and a half . 14 days. And never changed. I’m hoping it does and it says it delivered to him.
do u think it be delivered to him and will it update me saying it has? Or should I try calling them again and try getting my package back. Because it says “for final delivery” so I’m guessing it hasent been delivered to him yet obviously.

Since its an international shipment, have you checked any of the online tracking services for international parcels? Those online tracking websites normally provide additional scans beyond the Elk Grove international parcel center.
Good luck! 🙏

I have not yet! What’s best one? Thank u!

Delivered to agent is considered delivered. It won’t get any scans beyond that as that’s typically a sign it went to Freight Forwarding. Many buyers that use the Forwarding services will bother the seller for a refund even though they know it has arrived at the location awaiting their decisions on how to ship it to their final destination. Forwarders usually provide a locker for up to 30 days. International buyers know there is a chance they might get the seller to refund. The package for all intents and purposes is delivered.
