Using a shipping label not bought on eBay

Hello. I recently sold an item with pretty expensive shipping. When eBay gave me the option to print a shipping label, I went with the default one they gave me without thinking because I assumed it was the correct one. However as I drove back from the post office, I got a call saying that it did not have enough postage, and I had to buy a shipping label from them with the correct shipping option. I realize now that this probably means it has a different tracking number, meaning eBay won't be able to track it. Will I still receive my money once it's delivered without any issues?

First, you can add the new tracking number and delete the old one so the right number shows.

Be sure to VOID the original label so you get your money back on that. Do it quickly. There is a limited window of opportunity.
