Using Bulk Editing tool to check "Apply my flat rate discount"

Hello,

I used to be able to bulk edit and add my "flat rate shipping discount" to active listings, but with the new bulk listing tool, the system won't apply it.  I even created a new flat rate discount to see if that would work, but it didn't.  

Has anyone else encountered this issue?  Thanks in advance.

Mine work OK.This may sound silly, but try a different browser and also clear all history
