Unable to print USPS labels

As of this morning, am unable to print USPS shipping labels.

Says unable to take payment.

Also fails directly through Paypal.

Anyone else seeing the issue and have a fix?

try logging into paypal first. I have an ongoing problem and logging in first lets me pay for shipping labels otherwise the loading circle just goes round and round.
