The first time I filed the request (on June 1st I think?) the seller said they were waiting for the item to arrive back and gave me new tracking info, so I closed it thinking it would arrive soon. It's been two weeks now and nothing has come yet. What do I do when I can't reopen the "Item not received request"? I tried contacting customer service but they told me nothing could really be done and I'd have to work things out with the seller, but I'm sure they'll just tell me to keep waiting. I would just wait, but the problem is I'm moving on July 1st. Am I screwed?

Your only recourse you have now would be to file a charge back with your Bank or Credit Card Company or paypal .

I paid for it with an eBay gift card. How would I go about doing that?

With eBay, you are only allowed to submit one claim only, since you closed your one claim, that's it for that. I'm curious as well on to file this with your financial institution, but seeing you used a gift card, I'm curious how this works, is there a 800# to call and complaint, perhaps sending message to eBay business in Facebook is the next step.
