Two shipments, one overseas via APO, the other to Canada. On the APO shipment I couldn't get ANY response except that it was 'accepted locally'. I followed up with the USPS and they couldn't tell me anything. After my query, the purchaser finally said he received it... and I STILL can't find any tracking info through the tracking number. when I was ready to refund his $.
On the Canada shipment ... I had the same problem until today, when I finally found out that it was in Canadian customs. But on the Canadian sale, Ebay claimed that I didn't receive payment. Upon checking with PP I finally found that it was posted yesterday, when I had any early indication "$" that it was posted weeks ago. A bad two weeks.

Maybe check your ink level on the labels you are printing. If it's too light the labels will not be scanned by machines and no tracking information will be available until the package is delivered AND the delivery carrier manually types the tracking number in at the time of delivery. This also happens with labels that become wet with rain. My guess is that your ink is too light, considering you have had this happen to 2 packages. Unless you mailed both the same day and they got wet with rain...

With APO/FPO/DPO shipping you may see an extensive delay in tracking or to some areas no tracking at all once it reaches the military hand off. This is a security issue and nothing to worry about. I have shipped hundreds of APO packages and many have not shown tracking but I have yet to get an INR on any of them. If you are still having the eBay hold in place this could cause the inconvenience of waiting for your money but it's a small price to pay for a service member.
