USPS Parcel Select workaround

While ebay is hopefully addressing the issue of the shipping option not being offered through Ebay Shipping, I want to let folks know you can still print them from Paypal (multi-order shipping). Parcel has never been offered on Click&Ship (USPS online shipping) but was offered online through ebay and paypal. For now, only paypal. Since there was never a discount, that isn't a factor in using Paypal. If you have a medium-large size package, using Priority with dimensional rates can be a lot more than the discounted $.20-$.30 difference for small-regular size. Good luck...

Dimensional rates now apply also to Parcel Select Ground and to its retail equivalent, Retail Ground. So for larger packages there will still be a savings on Parcel Select vs Priority Mail, but it will be only the difference between rates for the same (dimensional) weight.

For instance a 13-inch cube ships at the 14-pound rate so shipping it to Zone 8 will cost $48.66 via Parcel Select vs $49.01 for Priority, a difference of only 35 cents. For sellers who are Top Rated and get the extra 3% eBay discount on Priority Mail, it will be cheaper than Parcel Select.

eBay needs to fix this like yesterday.  I sometimes need parcel select because of the size of some packages. Also I take payments through managed payments and not paypal. So if we have to use paypal we have to pay through our own methods.
