USPS DOWN --NO SERVICES AVAILABLE. WHAT GOES??

MY LAST PACKAGE WAS MAILED ON JUNE 11  2021 PRIORITY. 

SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO MAIL ANY PACKAGES USING  USPS FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. HAVE CHECKED USPS SITES, MOST OF THEIR COMMENTS ARE FROM 2020, WHICH TELLS ME THEY ARE IN TROUBLE. CAN NOT LOCATE ANY CURRENT DATA AS TO WHY EBAY USPS IS  DOWN. THANK YOU PCH

Any failure of services merits returning value to both seller and buyer. eBay continues to demand 12.5 percent while promised services fail without compensation. 

credits, discounts, refunds, any returning value signals some reasonable response. That failing, we face the truth.
