Just thought the community and eBAy should know about user
He is a seller of very expensive vintage boomboxes. Thats cool...cause I love them too...except he is harvesting parts from used AS-IS units(which I sell sometimes) and then claiming that FEDEX or whomever shipped the item has damaged the item and that he would like his money back or for the buyer to start and initiate a claim with Fedex,...
I wouldn't have even given it a thought...except for that he showed me pictures of a mutilated boombox that had not been damaged in transit(looks like he took a screwdriver to the knobs, faceplate and buttons)...
then I looked at his outbound feedback...and its riddled with negatives that he left for sellers that didnt deserve it..cause they knew it was a lie and didnt respond.
I have contacted eBay...next I will be contacting Fedex..and even possibly the local authorities..
This guy has been a seller for alooong time...so I am wondering how is he still getting away with this...surely I am not the only seller to complain or escalate this to the proper channels.
Please eBay do not let this guy get away with this.
