Just curious - how does a seller sell an item for $3.66, with free shipping, and it's coming almost all the way across the US, by UPS? The item, if I bought in a store, would cost a bit over $3.66.
I've only ever had a small account with UPS, and haven't used it in years, but I don't remember even the lightest package going the shortest distance would be anywhere near as low as that.

Maybe selling at a loss to build up sales record or feedback because it is a new account with limits, $ amounts and number of items they can sell each month. ?

On eBay, you can drive yourself crazy trying to figure out other sellers' strategies.
Don't waste time on it -- not productive.

How old is the account? Where are they located? Could also be a returning seller, that has limits put on their account?

they dropshipped it from Amazon, where it is about 80 cents less. They must have Prime so they get free shipping.
They've been around since 2018.

That's forbidden.

by AZ or by EB?

Could be both. They would have to own the goods they are shipping from the AZ warehouse per eBays rules and could be scamming AZ if they did use their prime shipping account.
