If you are already using shipping policies than I would think a policy would need to be made for local pickup.
But if you aren't already using policies, go to the shipping section on the listing page. On the right side of the page click on the 2 arrows and it will bring up a list of options. You can turn on the local pickup and it should then show on your listing page.
