Every time I try printing a label where the destination is Puerto Rico I have trouble! No matter what I do I get the error message "Something went wrong, unable to generate label." Does anyone else have this issue and any advice?

You need to check that the address is formatted correctly on USPS.

Format should be the same as any U.S. state.

Puerto Rico addresses are divided into urbanization zones because the same name, number and address can be duplicated in one zip code. Also the wording - if it's a street or lane or avenue or circle appears before the house number.

Here is some further info from the USPS on formatting of addresses in Puerto Rico:
https://faq.usps.com/s/article/What-are-some-Examples-of-How-to-Format-Different-Types-of-Addresses
Scroll down to the entry for "Urbanization Name (Puerto Rico)."
One other thing to check: some buyers will put "Puerto Rico" in the Country field instead of the State field of their Ship-To: address. If you find that, change the State abbreviation to "PR" and put "USA" in the Country field.
You can also go to the ZIP code verification page at https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm and try plugging in your buyer's address there. Click the Find button after entering the address, and see if what comes back has been corrected in any way, such as changes to ordering of the address lines, or "Suite" changed to "Apt" and that kind of thing. (It's okay to correct an address, just don't change the delivery location to someplace else.)
