Tracking

A buyer received an item I sold but on eBay the tracking did not update to delivered? How can I rectify this?

If your buyer has already indicated that they have received the item, don't worry about a tracking update.

It is not unusual for some post offices to neglect the final tracking scan -- it is just another example of how some post offices are attempting to compensate for being understaffed.

If the USPS carrier forgot to scan the parcel upon delivering to your buyer, then there isn't anything that can be done from a tracking perspective. Now if the buyer confirmed receipt of the item & left you a feedback, then you're OK.
