Tracking still saying pre shipment info 2 weeks later on a few shipments

What should I do about this? I checked tracking on my shipped packages noticed a few haven't been updated at all from 2 or 3 weeks ago. I shipped everything. But put most of my packages in an outdoor blue USPS drop box. Buyers haven't said anything yet. One package held at post office. I can't afford a bunch of refunds and negatives.

There's nothing to do.

USPS isn't going to investigate when there isn't even an acceptance scan.

Since it's been 2-3 weeks, it's probable most of your buyers have already received their packages.

Yes there's a chance that one or more will file a claim, but after 2-3 weeks it's less likely.

Hi @pigeonpicker ,

1. Go to your Shipping labels page (Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)) and over on the right are the tracking numbers.  Check each one on the USPS site.  

2. Those that show delivery confirmation you can contact eBay and ask why their system has NOT updated tracking, they can ADD the updated tracking to the Sold items.

3. If USPS still shows they are waiting for packages then those may have been stolen by a Postal Worker

4. In the future you will need to make sure you get the Acceptance scan at the Post Office or at a scheduled pick up ... whenever you just drop something off in a box you are at risk ... as you just learned.
