A case was opened by the buyer claiming that he did not receive the item, but the tracking shows the delivery.
When the case went to the support the case was decided in favor of the buyer.
I appealed the case and it was rejected, ' Where is the justice here?'
I'm still waiting for my compensation for these mistakes.
This farce should not be kept silent.
A false buyer, a supporter makes a mistake, and I put up with this nonsense.

When the buyer opened the INR case, you should have been asked by EBay to upload your tracking info.
it can’t be assumed that eBay automatically looks at tracking, the seller has to confirm it.
Was this not done ?

As the above poster mentioned @namesetspro , sellers are required to respond to non-receipt claims for seller protections to kick in.
Did you respond to the claim and add the tracking number?
I notice you're registered in Morocco but drop shipping from China.
Was this a shipment to the US and did the tracking show delivery all the way to the buyer's location or did tracking stop when the package entered the US?
Was the shipping service used a carrier integrated with and supported by eBay?

I have appealed the case and uploaded the full tracking information.
The strange thing is that the supporter confirmed the delivery and said it to me, but it's no use, I didn't get any compensation.
Yes the tracking shows that the items have been delivered to the buyer's address.

To clarify, did you upload tracking at the initial request by eBay when the case was opened , or afterwards, during your appeal?
If you didn’t upload it during the initial request to do so, that may be when you lost your chance.
Cases are handled by a computer program. It doesn’t scan and research your case info like a human, it relies on input from all applicants and bases its decision on that.

This is the message of the supporter, he is also sure to deliver the items.
Hi Houria,
Good day! My name is Minal from eBay. We appreciate you for letting us know that you have shipped the item "2023 Coupe De France Nameset Print Customize Number Heat Transfer Iron On Patch" (Case ID) and it was already delivered to the buyer’s address. I know how difficult this situation is since you don’t have the item as well as the money. Nothing to worry, I will make sure that this will be resolved.
Before anything else, I see you've been with us for over 2 years. Thank you so much for choosing eBay for your online shopping endeavors. Your business means a lot to us.
We’ve reviewed the details of your case and in order for us to resolve this matter, I will be sending a manual refund request to our office again to request and process your funds back. Due to the nature of your case, we’re sending a request to have your refund sent to you manually. The refund can take 5 to 7 business days to complete. This can take longer depending on your financial institution. A special group takes these requests and handles them manually.
You don’t need to do anything else right now. Once approved, you will have it back to your original funding source.
But to no avail in another message he said that the refund request was rejected.

I would be unhappy as well…. You were basically assured you were ok and they pulled back.
m assuming however that they are sticking with the original findings if you, in fact, did not submit the tracking details on time when the case was opened… that’s where I think the mistake was made.
in the end, they shouldn’t have promised you that you were ok unless they were sure.

This could be a credit card dispute from buyer in which case seller doesn't ever win usually. It usually is from buyer's bank and doesn't have anything to do with eBay. Just a thought here.

You are most likely right, JS.
Namesetspro, I'm sorry that has happened to you. I can understand your frustration. Unfortunately, something was missed and the decision was made. It is doubly unfortunate that a support rep led you down the wrong path towards getting a settlement before getting their facts straight.
