What's one to do when you upload The tracking numbers or 3 items you shipped on same day and tracking never updates so The 2 concert programs shipped arrived without issue , a jig saw in a case so oversized package weighting 14+ lbs "supposedly didn't make it" so I did My part provided tracking and ebay issued a refund because tracking never updated to show delivery how is that on me my past 100+ sale's have had no issues yet still I'm out The jig Saw, Plus the refund , Plus the shipping cost Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to

It's on you because you are the one that chose the carrier to use, and shipped the items. Who do you think the responsibility should have lied on? The buyer? They didn't ship the items.

Sellers are responsible for mistakes the post office makes. 

If it was never delivered then it means it was lost. If you insured it you should be able to get insurance to pay.

I know it's on me I was venting because I was out of the state at the moment and was in contact with the buyer told him I would be at post office tomorrow morning beings I just got home tonight and hopefully be able to resolve the issue and If not refund him and yes it was insured, priority mail is now $100 insurance not $50, but gotta go through the bull crap with USPS filing a claim,wait for the denial letter then call and appeal the wait for check I didn't mean to sound like it was on the buyer but maybe eBay should have had fund set up using all the fees money they collect on the shipping cost for times when sellers have proof that they shipped it and the carrier messed up

Get on USPS website and do a missing mail search, called where is my package. That should shake loose the tracking info, and if item is not technically lost it will begin to track again.

If USPS cannot find the item with the missing mail search you will win your dispute with USPS, but it may take some time to get reimbursed. Always when a package is late or the tracking does not update get on the USPS website immediately when you see it being late and do the missing mail search. Then you can contact the buyer and ask them to hold their horsies until you get back with them on the status of the delivery.
