I have a tracking number.

When I use www.usps.com Package not tracked (Not Trackable).

But on the site of ebay I can see the complete parcel route.

Why the number is not tracked www.usps.com?

What postal service or server ebay use for tracking???

Where is your seller? EE tracking numbers originate in Estonia.

USPS has suppressed visibility on incoming registered packages for several years now. But your local post office can look it up on their internal WebBATS (from which eBay does manifest updates) for you.
