You're idiots, and you deserve the negative feedback you receive. That is all.

I want to add one thing.

I shipped a box of records to someone.  I was selling off the ones I had since I never listened to them anymore.  I had them inside a record box (45's) which I packed with bubble wrap inside so the records were not moving around.  I then wrapped that box in bubble wrap and put it inside a shipping box.

The buyer gave me excellent feedback pointing out the care used in packing, and told me he was used to poor packing when buying records.    When I listed the next box,  he outbid the others.    This is what that extra care gets for you.

I once bought 3 books from a seller on Ebay, all 3 arrived loose in a plastic bag. And the bag had a hole torn in it. I do ship some things in tyvek envelopes, like yarn. Small thin books or magazines, and craft kits I will ship in envelopes, but only after putting the item in a plastic bag and sealing it, and sleeving   sides with cardboard. All other items get shipped in boxes

My best was when I bought a complete PC system - tower, LCD monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Arrived all unwrapped rolling around loose in a big box. You can probably guess what the monitor looked like. What were they thinking.
