eBay needs to extend INR claims to 21 days (temporarily to the end of February). Many USPS hubs are reporting 2 - 3 weeksbacklogged parcels. eBay should immediately extend filing claims to 21 days after an item has sold. Many Buyers are taking advantage of these delays by filing an INR claim down to the minute. They know a refund will be issued and the item will arrive 2 weeks late. This will devastate most sellers other then sellers who solely use Fedex or UPS.
