Thermal Label Printing & Neglecting Sellers Needs

Is there a reason why Ebay refuses to fix the shipping labels so they print on 4x6 thermals as before?

No one wants to print on a larger sheet of paper and tape to the box or use a 3rd party site. Currently I have to use the windows snip tool over the PDF then resave as an image, then print on my Zebra.

I'm not sure why a multi-billion dollar company can't resolve this issue or hire someone who does it right the first time? It's very disrespectful to long-time sellers especially those with disabilities. Marketplace facilitators like ebay should be held to a higher standard when it comes to seller rights and obligations.

It appears they reset the settings with the last update. You have to go to "Show More" or you won't see it

Seems this would be the most logical place to have put all the shipping formatting options. One may assume that there is not another area or that the default settings are the same as before. A visual indicator like a gear wheels for settings would be helpful and more inclusive in addition to having it all in one area.

Same would go for Business Policies and the Flat Rate Shipping Rules. They both should be in more optimized locations.

I didn't know there was an issue.  I have been using 4x6 thermal labels (Rollo printer) with eBay labels for the past year without issue.
