Hey!
I was browsing a few items in the last few days on eBay, mainly from US sellers. And all those items could've been bought by me and shipped via the eBay shipping program to me because I got a total at the checkout. However, today when I finally talked to a seller, and we agreed on an offer for an item, I tried to check out that exact item, but now today I get the infamous 'We are sorry, but the item you selected may not be purchased due to seller shipping restrictions or due to country-specific import/export or other relevant restrictions.' message from eBay.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Just yesterday I was able to buy this item and have it shipped to me successfully, however, today, it doesn't work and gives me an error. And this is happening across various US sellers from whom, again, I was able to check out just yesterday, but not today apparently... Is this in any way or form connected to today's updates made to the Terms & Services?
