Submit and order and paid for it, but the order is completely lost and never arrived!

I submitted an order and paid for it! I already got a confirmation email about my order! When I click on the track my order, I get this message: 

"Order Not Found. Unfortunately there has been an error retrieving your order. If you need help, visit our help pages."

My order is completely disappeared from my account! Weird! Btw, the automated online help is awful!

Clear your browser cache, log out of eBay, then log back in.

See if that clears up the error message.

When did you place the order?  If it has not arrived it may be running late (busy time of year).
