I know it's early yet but has anyone had experience with the tracking issues and INR. Do we know yet if ebay is protecting sellers or doing refunds. While their tracking isn't updating to the website, it is able to be tracked on other links. What is eBay using to track the tracking in an INR? And will they refund an item that was delivered or protect the seller?
Please let me know by experience not guesses.

Hi. Sorry to hear others are experiencing the same issues I had. I came up with a solution that worked for me and wanted to share it. Check my post for details—I had 25 envelopes with no tracking updates between 2/10 and 2/20, but using this method, I was able to locate them all.
Lastly, one buyer filed a claim, and we issued a refund because the initial eBay tracking number wasn’t working. However, according to the new method, he actually did receive the item. Unfortunately, there may be dishonest buyers out there, so be aware.
Hope it helps, and good luck!

Yes I'm familiar with the solution. Anyone know yet if in the back end of ebay do they see the tracking even though it's not updated on the website. In order to protect us from dishonest people.

eBay posted an announcement here.
"We are aware of an issue with eBay Standard Envelope shipments not displaying tracking events on eBay. We are working to resolve this issue and are in the process of updating the display of tracking events for the impacted shipments.
If your shipment is impacted and you have an Item Not Received claim due to this issue, your item will be eligible for the included shipment protection. Additionally, eBay will automatically protect your service metrics for Item Not Received cases."
