Standard Envelope Issues

Hello, I’ve been using eBay standard envelopes for a bit on my small items and recently I’m getting a lot of “item not received” messages and when I check the tracking all that shows up is that the item was accepted. I’m giving refunds but I don’t want it to effect my ratings since it’s a problem with EBay’s service/USPS. Just wondering if others have had the issue and any suggestions for dealing with eBay .

It is possible that some (perhaps all) of your ESE shipments have been delayed due to weather conditions throughout the United States:  excess snow & ice; flooding; tornadoes; etc.

I also started to have numerous problems with eBay Standard Envelope and the tracking not updating, many times it shows I printed the label and that is it, however I know the items were still being delivered but I started getting multiple messages a day from buyers claiming I never mailed the item because the tracking did not update. I actually stopped using eBay Standard Envelope for the time due to the widespread problem.
