It is frustrating to see speedpak's lack of tracking information and sometimes updating the tracking information late. My package has been stuck at "destination port reached" for more than 4 days now, emailed the speedpak customer service and did not get a reply back. I'm starting to get annoyed. As anyone faced this kind of customer service from speedpak before? I'm new to ebay BTW.

I am assuming that you bought an item from an overseas seller...probably a seller from China.
Right now, due to the epidemic, there has been delays in shipments across the country but particularly from overseas. China in particular has had some of the more delayed shipments. Your item will eventually get to you, give it a bit more time due to the epidemic.
If your package does not arrive withing a week after the last day of the ETA, open an item not received case. The seller will have 3 days to respond in a manner that is satisfactory to you. DO NOT close the case UNTIL you either get a refund or the item. DO NOT accept delay tactics - as in seller promising a re-shipment. Either the item currently in transit has to be delivered to you or your money needs to be refunded - accept only these two outcomes.
You can give the seller a bit more time while the case is open but DO NOT let the case expire or close on it's own or you will not get a refund.
eBay's money back guarantee is gold. I have never lost a case and have always gotten either my item or my money back so rest assured that either you will get the item or your money back as long as you stay in eBay's guidelines AND timelines.
Good luck and come back to the boards if you need any further assistance.

Yes it is annoying. I ordered many items from China and the sellers all shipped through this carrier Speed Pak and they often do not update tracking information. If I asked the sellers they do not know either. If I am lucky I got the item delivery to me. If not, I will lose it and I have to fight back with sellers and sometimes I feel that is not right. Ordering stuffs from China is risky and frustrated. So I learned not to buy anything from China anymore.
