Never had this happen. Ship something FedEx. Tracking shows delivered without delay.
In the states and not a freight forwarder.
Tracking shows absolutely no issues and nothing odd.
Shipped and Delivered.
Buyer claims he never got it, eBay takes my money and gives it back to him.
Some days......just can't win.

FedEx says it's his.
I tried to file a claim with FedEx, but, I'm not the shipper. That's eBay and that's their job.
I guess eBay trusts the tracking only when it benefits them.

Go through social media as suggested. eBay reps on this board typically do not look into account-specific issues and they will advise you to contact CS.

Contact FedEX they do take pictures of the item when they leave it at the house and they have GPS of the the scan as well. You need to do that.

mickey talk with a person on chat. Also ask Fedex for all paperwork associated with this. This is your backing. Dispute it with Ebay. If that does not work file a claim with fedex with what the seller said that they did not receive it.
They can then go to the sellers home and talk with him. I assure you the Post Office does this(My husband works there and they do have people denying they have a package they know was delivered to them- when they tell them they have to get the police involved the package is found fast).

P.S. Print out all the sellers wording saying they did not get it from FedEX and give it to Fed Ex- they can investigate fraud.

I've tried that. I follow that FB page and have sent them several messages. They tell me to go to Chat on eBay.
I've exhausted Chat as well. Automated won't connect me with an agent. No matter what I try.
I've not called yet, which is the only thing I've not tried.
But at this point? It's $125 sale, which was around $80 to me.
I've probably spent $50 in time trying to get $80 (with no luck yet).
Instead of spending another $50 in labor for "probably nothing"? Instead, I think I better spend my next $50 in labor making a few hundred.
It's time to lick my wounds and get back to work.
Just irritates me though.
