Shippng labels PP

Paypal has stopped showing my deductions for labels. The last 3 items I shipped did not show up on Paypal. Am I going to be charged all at once or this a new method? I know it is not free toprint labels.

If you shipped FedEx or UPS you will be charged on your monthly invoice. Currently only USPS postage is deducted from PP when you create the label. Reason is that FedEx and UPS require that shippers have an account with them, so eBay is the account holder.  They charge eBay and eBay charges you.
