I need help with a shipment. It has not arrived and they sent me an email that it had already arrived but it is not true.

Did the seller ship using eBay International Shipping to you in Guatemala @miglu-6093 ? If so, first check to see if "delivered" is delivered to the hub in the US.

If it's already been processed at the US hub and forwarded to you internationally, then you need to check the tracking number and contact the courier if you don't have the package.

If you want to post the tracking number we can try to provide more information.

Hello, thanks for answering. These are the tracking IDs that the seller gave me: ESUS199302633 and ESUS199303897 I also have these two that can be seen on eBay:
00310202207021801181
00310202207021800548   I asked for it to be sent to Miami, Florida (it is not international shipping). At USPS they told me that none of the previous 4 numbers is a valid tracking ID.  My address in Miami, Florida is: 6910 NW 46 ST GUA67312 in the name of Estuardo Luque. And the zip code is 33166.

Not only do none of the tracking numbers appear valid at USPS, they all return errors from the freight forwarder's website too.

Your packages were shipped using eBay Standard Envelope and the tracking indicates they were delivered by USPS to your freight forwarding company around May 18th. They will have been shipped in thin letter-sized envelopes. If you don't have the items yet you need to contact your freight forwarder in Miami to get international tracking from them @miglu-6093 .

You will not be able to track on USPS because those are not package tracking numbers. They are metered mail numbers assigned to letter mail.

The seller is using Ebay Standard Envelope and those don't get scanned or can be tracked like regular packages.

They might get scanned as delivered, but it could be a few days before they are delivered.

Since you're using a freight forwarder, you'll have to work with them.
