Help! I'm stuck! I sold an item, which was had the wrong shipping. It should have been US Media rate, instead of a flat envelope rate. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to change it. Can some one help?
Was it the scrapbook?? That's not eligible for Media Mail. You have to ship it via Priority Mail, as the listing offered. It won't fit into a flat rate envelope, so you'll have to use regular Priority Mail rates.
