Hello,  I've sold my item and I've printed out the ship to address and  my from address,   now can I  go to the post office and get my product  weighed packaged  and  buy a shipping label to put  on it?.

Hi, that is the process. If you plan on doing this regularly, maybe get a small cheap scale, and save some boxes for shipping. You can get some free ones from USPS if you plan to use their service. I personally prefer to package and weight my items at home, and only go to the post office to get my items scanned for shipping.

Good luck and congratulations on your sale.

The Post Office will not package your item for you. You are supposed to have your item already packed when you walk in through the PO door.

They MIGHT have an appropriate box for you to use -- either one of the free Priority Mail boxes or a plain box that you will pay dearly for.  They will also sell you an overpriced roll of tape.  They will not sell you a shipping label. They are in business to sell POSTAGE.

Pack up your item, write the addresses on it, then bring it to the post office.  Don't expect them to do your work for you.

You should already have all the packaging you intend to ship in and have weighed it and the item to get the correct postage when you set up the listing. . ...as others pointed out USPS does not pack your items for you, UPS will but they will charge you an outlandish fee to do so.
