I'm not sure. I don't think eBay would have any problem with it. It would be no different in their mind than those who use drop shippers from a different location. Lord knows there are enough (too many) using drop shipping from China.
You may want to set up something like a PO Box where you ship from to handle anything that may boomerang back as undeliverable or items returned. Oh and make sure you are not doing anything that would run afoul of the customs office.
