Yes.

You can purchase shipping from anywhere, but just ensure that your tracking number is properly entered with the item.

As OrangeHound said, check to be sure the tracking number got pushed back to the eBay order, it works except when it doesn't.....

That being said, if your Seller Status is TRS the label price is 3% less purchasing the label on eBay instead of Paypal.
