Unless you are wanted by the FBI or an ex-girl/ ex-boyfriend, why didn't you put a change of address form so that old mail is forwarded to your new address. Email the seller again. Perhaps, you can get their contact number and call them. The correct procedure is for the seller to cancel the transaction with PROBLEM w/ BUYER"s address. Then they relist. You re-buy the item and then when you pay, you make sure that the correct address is showing.
