Shipping problems

I have an item that the buyer wants.  He paid for it then noticing it was for local pickup only cancelled.  He sent me a note that he wants the item and could I ship it to him.  I'm willing to ship it but I don't know what to do next.  I priced out the cost but don't see where I can add the shipping costs.  Please help.

Agree to cancel then use sell similar from that listing to relist w shipping added to the listing and have buyer rebuy

EBAY does NOT have way for you to "bill customer for shipping" AFTER item has been sold.   You should "cancel sales" (using reason "bad shipping address").    Relist item with shipping costs and have customer "purchase item" again.
