Shipping on returned item

I just received a request to return a clothing item because it doesn't fit. I say no returns but I'm willing to accept it if I don't have to pay return shipping. It was sent priority mail medium flat rate box. Ebay message says refund amount is the sell price. Will I be required to send a prepaid label or pay for return shipping? Thanks for your help!

If there is a case open with does not fit as the reason then the shipping is the buyers responsibility, the refund is the item price only unless you offered free shipping, if there is no case open and you have received a request through messages be very careful, do not mention shipping, if you tell them the shipping is on them they will simply open a case stating Snad and then shipping is on you - Both ways.

Your no returns actually has zero effect if a buyer wants to return with Snad - put more simply - they lie.
