Shipping labels now suddenly printing vertically instead of horizontally

Started yesterday - my shipping labels are now printing vertically on the top left corner of the 8.5x11" sheet.  Before yesterday I always had the label print horizontally and was able to print 2 labels on each page.  Now it wants to only print top left vertical and the left margine is cut off too.  It's not my printer or any settings on my end.  Need some assistance ebay.

For troubleshooting lets stay with Firefox. 

Your screen shot does not look like an Adobe preview window.  Also if you click on print at the upper right of this window and it goes straight to the printer without opening a print window, then your browser is opening and printing from within the browser, which often produces odd results.

In Firefox under the Tools tab click on Settings and scroll down to the Applications window.  Scroll down this window to the Portable Document Format (PDF) file entries and see that these are set to "Use Adobe" or to "Always ask".  Now try reprinting the label.

If still a problem run this test: Save this file, then manually open it outside the browser with Adobe and print it.  It should look print exactly the same.

Yes,  the print preview is correct showing landscape. When I select print and my printer's view pops up it is in portrait in the middle of the page and that is how it prints.

storied_vintage  Review my post 16.  If you are using a different OS or browser, look for similar settings and if needed do the same external manual print test described.

I save my labels as PDF and use Safari. 

I don't know how to get to the entire label preview page without purchasing a label, something I don't need to do right now. (Is there a way to see a previously purchased label in order to reprint?)

My preview page showed the page oriented vertically and the label (also vertical) in the middle of the page. It's shown as indicated by the second picture in my post 7.

@albertabrightalberta  If both your preview, saved PDF, and printout are vertical then you need to check the ebay format settings the next time you create a new label.  Look to the right hand side of the create label page to see the current format size and click Change.

But the change happened on its own (assuming something changed) because I've never changed the settings in years!

@albertabrightalberta  It is not suppose to change, but for some sellers it does for unknown reasons never yet resolved.

It seems bulk labels are working and it's only single labels experiencing this formatting issue over the past week.

Single labels can be purchased through the bulk label flow. Just open up bulk shipping, check all except the one you want to buy a label for and delete the rest. That's how you can do it one-at-a-time in bulk.

Hope that helps until eBay gets this fixed.
