If my memory serves me correctly, the global service should be selected when the item was list and not after. Hopefully, someone with better knowledge than myself will correct me if I am wrong. It has been years since I was an active Seller and all international sales were via USPS for me w/tracking.

This is for an iphone? I would be uncomfortable about sending an iphone overseas and since your listing does not specify international shipping, you could cancel the sale using the reason problem with address.
Or...assuming that the buyer hasn't paid since they would not be able to pay with an international address and that you haven't already promised you would ship to them, you can wait 4 days and then on the 5th day after the sale, cancel using 'buyer didn't pay'.
