Shipping cost change after item sold

How can I change the shipping cost after an item has sold..  wasn't supposed to be free shipping for buyer

Was the item listed with free shipping? If so, you need to honor that and ship.

You have to ship it.  We have all been there--hope it wasn't an expensive mistake.

you can always send an updated invoice but any buyer expecting free shipping is going to notice it right away

changing the shipping to more money is frowned upon

seasoned buyers all know the shipping rules..............why start off on the wrong foot

If you listed with Free Shipping, there's nothing you can do now. Oh... one of your current listings offers Free Shipping...

you might want to revise that one before it sells. Good luck to you.

The item you sold today was listed with ‘Free Shipping’.  You CANNOT  ask for shipping money after the buyer purchased the item with free shipping.  It’s not allowed.
