Is it possible to keep the amount charged for the pre-paid label and mail the package on my own personal account?

What pre-paid label are you referring to? Are you returning something? Did you sell something?

If you sold something, yes, but you'll pay more that way. Just make sure you ship using the method that the buyer paid for and that you upload the tracking number to the order page.

I was selling an item. I used to be able to keep keep the purchase amount and shipping amount but not anymore.

Why can't you? There's no requirement that you purchase the postage through eBay.
